Exercising

I started lastย week a strength building programme, the philosophy behind this, is to get a good base before moving onto more targeted exercises & crossfit style exercising. I will also be cycling quite a bit as this will be my future sport as Rugby & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are now too much for my body to take! #oldman
